Finally some justice, for all the companies who DO NOT and can’t guarantee SEO results, I have been continually out bid on numerous projects because of not having the lack of character to GUARANTEE something I know can’t be delivered.

example:

Received this email just yesterday …..

mike@epicpositioning.com

This company is part of the problem, for example as in the article they GUARANTEE SEO results for something they can’t GUARANTEE……………. At the time of writing this article it seems there wonderful SEO skills have not been enough to keep there website available for the past few days (getting error “address not found”).

As this headline should prove “Attorney General sues Internet Advancement again

The petition filed Tuesday in King County Superior Court accuses Internet Advancement, which also does business as 4GreatBuys.com, of misrepresenting its ability to provide top search-engine rankings and increase Web traffic. The company is also accused of making unauthorized charges to consumer credit cards, failing to honor guarantees and refunds, unfairly structuring its cancellation policy terms and making false statements concerning its standing with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s Office.

Internet Advancement advertises and sells what it calls “search engine optimization services,” which allegedly allow a business to get top placement on major search engines, such as Yahoo, Google and AOL. Businesses which market and sell their products over the Internet often rely on search engines to lead potential customers to their websites in order to generate more sales.

Internet-based business packages offered by IA promised to get customers top 10 to 20 placement on the search engines for charges ranging from $980 – $1,500 in “set-up” fees, and monthly fees ranging from $79.80 to $89.95.

Consumers who purchased the service complained that they were unable to get the placement promised, unable to get refunds and that the company was unresponsive to their complaints.

Customers in the hurry to advance there website placement should NOT be fooled into believing there is a magic bullet to get your website found.

You need to understand that it will take a concentrated effort and full time diligence to getting it in the top search engine results and keeping it there. False guarantees will only get you broken promises
